What are we doing? Covid-19

We notified our customers at the time of the outbreak with the following announcement:

Dear Customers,

Spring is upon us. We are planning to move forward with our scheduled Spring clean-ups, lawn maintenance and hardscape jobs. Please know that we are taking precautions with our employees and customers.

Our employees will be limiting distance to each other. We are also limiting the number of employees riding together within the same vehicle. Please provide a distance from our employees & yourselves. We strongly suggest not talking to our employees for their safety, as well as yours. We apologize that this is not the best customer service that we would normally provide but with the given circumstances, we want our employees and customers to be safe at all times.

If you need to contact Debbie or Larry, please email or call them first. If at all possible, please no communication closer than 6 feet. If you need to have an in-person discussion with one of our employees, please do so outdoors at a distance.

Here is some additional information from the issued order by Governor Pritzker:
Landscape services were verified as essential by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Activity on March 23, 2020. They released an FAQ document on essential businesses that reads:

Can residential and commercial lawn service remain open?
Yes. Many landscape projects will fit under an exemption such as construction, agriculture, or public works. Outdoor landscape projects generally will provide for good social distancing that poses little risk of transmission…

Please let us know if you have any questions. If you would prefer us not to proceed with a service, please advise us before we arrive on-site.

Thank you and sincerest thoughts: stay safe and healthy!
